Providing the tools to release those negative thought forms, you will be guided through the 8 steps of forgiveness in order to achieve the emotional release necessary to step from the past into the beautiful life you are meant to live. This class will also include discussion of higher states of consciousness, guided meditation and visualization.
Ginger Blair is an active workshop presenter, speaker and author. Featured in the book, Amazing Faiths of Texas, by Roy Spence, Ginger has been published in the Austin Statesman Faith section, and has been on television and numerous radio shows. Certified by the Chopra Center in California, she currently is a Primordial Sound Meditation instructor.
