A nourishing sound bath with personalized healing support

This unique session combines the ancient art of acupuncture with immersive sound therapy for a deeply balancing and restorative experience.

The Process

  • One

    We will beging by choosing how you will be supported from a menu of healing intentions.

  • Two

    After everyone is settled and comforable in the sound bath space, Rebecca will place needles designed to support your intentions while you rest into a healing meditation.

  • Three

    Once the needles are in place, Tracy will create an nourishing soundscape of bowls, gongs, and chimes, created to meet the energy of the group.

  • Four

    The experience closes gently with needle removal and a slow, supported return to waking awareness.

  • The Modalities

    Acupuncture uses tiny, sterile filiform needles placed at specific points on the body to help regulate energy flow, promote balance, and restore ease.

    Our Sound Baths are immersive experience that blend technical skill, intuitive sound therapy, and a spa-like setting for total nervous system support.

    Rebecca Rowbatham

    Rebecca Rowbatham is a licensed acupuncturist who blends time-tested, evidence-based therapies with a calm, grounding presence to help clients relax deeply and reconnect with their innate healing capacity. Rebecca holds advanced certifications in acupuncture, herbal medicine, yoga, and meditation, and is also a Certified Sound Bath Practitioner. Her sessions leave clients feeling restored, empowered, and more at home in their bodies.

    Tracy Sage King

    No two sound events with Tracy are the same as she uses both technical knowledge and intuition to create an experience unique to the needs and energy of each class. She is a healing facilitator who is an expert in creating and holding sacred space. Tracy is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Sound Bath Certification Teacher, holds numerous certifications in sound therapy, and has spent thousands of hours studying energy healing therapies.

This session is limited to four participants, is $111, and requires pre-registration. Please choose carefully: we cannot issue refunds for missed or canceled sessions, but we are happy to offer credit toward another session if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Rebecca will need access to your arms and legs during this session.
