At Meditation Bar, we’ve designed them as a spa-like experience: soft lighting, massage tables, anti-gravity chairs, blankets, and cushions. With no more than four participants, every detail supports your comfort and well-being.

Each session is led by a highly trained sound practitioner who brings both expertise and care, creating a safe space for relaxation and renewal. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or returning for ongoing support, our sound baths help restore clarity, calm, and balance.

Our healing sound baths combine the amazing properties of sound with other powerful modalities for deeper care. These sessions may be layered with Reiki, Acupuncture, Chakra Balancing, or Stone Medicine to support stress relief, energy alignment, emotional balance, and so much more.
