    Timmy Ahlstrom

    With a background as a professional musician and a passion for sound as a tool for healing, Timmy (they/them) brings both artistry and care to their work at Meditation Bar. A classically trained cellist with a degree in Music Theory and Composition, they create cello-led sound baths that weave intentional tones, healing frequencies, and cosmic rhythms into immersive experiences. Their sessions invite restoration and resonance, blending musical mastery with a deep curiosity for the connection between sound, healing, and the body.

    Tracy Sage King

    No two sound events with Tracy are the same as she uses both technical knowledge and intuition to create an experience unique to the needs and energy of each class. She is a healing facilitator who is an expert in creating and holding sacred space. Tracy is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Sound Bath Certification Teacher, holds numerous certifications in sound therapy, and has spent thousands of hours studying energy healing therapies.
