Through guided imagery, soothing sound, and intentional inquiry, you’ll move through the natural arc of fall—from harvest to stillness, from discernment to renewal. Each session is designed to support emotional integration and energetic alignment as you navigate personal and collective transformation.
About Your Guide: Tracy is a gifted teacher and meditation guide with more than a decade of experience leading transformative journeys. Her work blends guided imagery, energy awareness, and soul-centered reflection to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and the rhythms of the natural world.
While the full arc offers a deeply intentional progression, each meditation also stands beautifully on its own.
